I teach in Harlem as a P.E. teacher. Nothing like a school rallying together for a winning team. 6 years ago we managed a walking school bus for close to 60 kids to view the championship game hosted by the other school. We had as many fans as they did, and damn did it feel good.
Bill, enjoyed the description of getting the CT fans to the games. I’m of the age that I remember CT standout athletes, especially Harlan Huckleby, with his high school performances in football, track, & later on at UM football & the NFL.
